Delete your cardIQ account

Deleting your cardIQ account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in the store before, or it keeps renewing.

• On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
• On Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

A subscription bought on the web is cancelled with the account, nothing to do.

1. Open the cardIQ app on Android or iOS, open the menu and choose Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password if your account has one and your authenticator code if two-factor authentication is on, type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.

1. Sign in to the dashboard at app.cardiq.gg and open Settings.
2. Under Delete account, enter the same proofs and confirm.

Can't sign in any more? Write to support@cardiq.gg from the address of your account: once we have checked the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days.

• Your name, profile picture and referral code. Your email address is replaced by one that reaches nobody, so the account can no longer be linked to you.
• Every way to sign in: your password, the Google, Apple, GitHub or GitLab accounts linked, two-factor authentication and every open session.
• Your collection, alerts, destinations and the history of what was sent to them.
• Your API keys and billing profile. A subscription bought on the web is cancelled at once: nothing more is charged, and the time left is not refunded.

• Your invoices and payment records, for seven years, as the Estonian Accounting Act requires.
• A hash of your email address and the fingerprint of the card used for a free trial, so that a trial cannot be claimed twice, and the referral records needed to settle commissions.
• Technical logs, erased automatically after 30 days.
